When I got injured on the job, I was hoping that my boss would make sure that all of my needs were taken care of. I even told the hospital that the reason for my accident was work related and that they should be getting some type of payment from my job. But, the money never came and now the hospital is going after me. I had to put a compensation claim in against my former employer because I really needed to get some type of reimbursement for what happened to me. The lawyer that I spoke to explained that I would not have to pay him a single penny unless my case won in the courtroom. I just want to get this money to help pay for the expenses from when I was hurt. It took me a long time to be able to go back to work and the lawyer says I have a great case.
